1. The service

PGC – Pocket Golf Coach AI provides software-based golf swing analysis, visual evidence, progress tracking, AI-assisted coaching and related functionality.

2. Coaching disclaimer

PGC – Pocket Golf Coach AI provides informational and educational feedback. It is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified golf professional, medical advice or professional assessment of an injury or physical limitation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Registration information should be accurate and reasonably current.

4. Analysis limitations

Automated analysis can make mistakes. Measurements, detected phases, faults, scores, evidence and AI-generated recommendations can be affected by camera position, frame rate, visibility, lighting and other technical limitations.

5. Subscriptions and analysis credits

PGC – Pocket Golf Coach AI may offer monthly and annual subscriptions together with one-off analysis credit packs. Price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, refund rules and product availability shown in Google Play or at checkout apply to the transaction. Purchased or included analyses are digital entitlements and are subject to the access rules presented with the applicable product.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse PGC – Pocket Golf Coach AI, interfere with its operation, bypass technical protections, access another user's account, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

PGC – Pocket Golf Coach AI software, branding, graphics, analysis logic, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. User content

You retain your rights in swing videos and other content you submit, subject to the rights required for PGC – Pocket Golf Coach AI and its service providers to process that content to provide, secure and support the service.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages and service changes may affect availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGC – Pocket Golf Coach AI does not guarantee that every analysis, recommendation, score or technical result will be accurate or suitable for every golfer. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Account termination and deletion

You may request account deletion through the app or the external Delete Account page. We may restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in material breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
